When i came to opening my work the next day, the file our work was saved under when we tried to open it, an icon came up saying the file was damaged and this was not good, as we where so close to finishing.
So i got the teacher to come over and try to open the file, this took up nearly all of the lesson, which left me with no time to edit as our teacher was retreiving files for us and saving our work, this had happened to me a few times now so i just wanted to get this finished so that this would not keep happening.
Nearly all of the work was retreived accept for a few things so in the time i had left i quickly got those things back, this did tack a long time last time to do the things i was doing again but because i had done them once already, i knew what i was doing and i managed to get it done before the lesson ended.
So i saved the work many times again and hoped the work would be alright.

Editing After Feedback 3
My start and end was complete so i focused on my middle part of the film.
From my editing anyway, i already had some footage which i had edited and put into the middle of the film so i did not have too much to do, except the hard part was with making the clips only 5 seconds long each, this would make it harder to fill all of the gaps in the film, so i started on the middle and got alot done and the gap was reduced hughly, but i did not have enough time to finish so i saved it there and closed the computer down and i would have to finish another day.

Feedback from teachers
The teachers gave me there feedback on our music video that i left for them to watch.
They said that it was good but needed to be quickened up, so make the clips no longer than 3-5 seconds as the song is very quick so the film needs to keep up with the song, so this would mean i would have to shorten down my clips and this meant more editing which was going to be hard as we had to try and get the film to finish at the same time as the music and at the moment we are still short but we still had alot of footage to work with which had not been used yet.

Today i continued to edit, the film was starting to come together well and the lengh of our film was getting closer to the lengh of the music. So i made some of the shots quicker and i varied the shots so that in the film it goes from one part of the action to the other, to keep the excitment and adrenaline of the music video.
Once i had done this i left it for my teachers to look over even though it wasnt finished, i just wanted them to give me feedback on the music video on what could be improved or changed.

Editing back on track
Back in the class room i started to edit again, i captured all of our new footage and started to edit, i took all of the material that i wanted to use in our film.

Filming Continued 2
Finally we where given the equipement that was in the best shape and that had no problems so far, we hoped.
All went well, we got the shots we needed, more inside and out the car, we got actually sign shots so it would give are film greater visual effect and we did much more.
We where happy with our progress and we finally had finished our filming this time.
So we could finish off our editing the following day.

Filming Continued
I traveled all the way to the place where we had been filming, We had tested the camera before we had left this time as well, so we knew all was good and the battery was fully charged but when we actually came to filming for real, the camera wouldnt record and this camera was actually broken but we did not know this and as we tried to fix it day light was going fast, so didsapointingly this was another frustrating day waste because of the poor equipement.

Filming Again
Today we went to where we had filmed all of our scenes before and this time we got many different camera angles and many close ups and different shots so that we could ue them in our film so that we could get our filming up to speed with the song and have enough to finish at the same time of the song, we got many shots to be safe this time so that we had alot to work with when we came to editing again, but before we could finish a problem occurs with the camera, so we had to stop filming there and continue the next day.

I continued to edit and finished capturing everything off the camera onto the computer system, but once i finshed a ruff edit of everything we had, we then saw that we needed more footage as the song went on for longer than our film did, so once we finished our editing up to that stage, we needed to go and film some more scenes for our film, more action shots which would increase the speed of our film and give us enough footage to use to finish off our film.

There was more problems when it came to opening the work up again, when we actually got the work opened once it said it was damaged, we found that again we had lost work which was becoming to be a problem as everytime we made good progress this would set us back hughly.
So again we had to redo some of the work and got it back up to where we where last time and then we had just enough time to do a bit more of our editing so we did so and the film was looking good but because of these set backs and re-doing work every lesson, this was effecting our time to finish but the film was looking good.

Editing 5
I got more of the scenes on the camera captured and put it onto the computer, which where all of the car scenes and the toucher scenes.
I cut them down in time with the film, got many quick cuts of the toucher scenes such as the hammer scene and so on edited so that i could fit them inbetween scenes, so that at the start of the film where i have edited the scene of when the phone is answered, by putting in the toucher scenes all the way through the film, this tells the audience what the conversation on the phone was about and tells them the story line.
So i spent most of the lesson editing those bits and now the film was starting to come together.

Today i captured more shots off the camera and onto the computer, i got many shots of the inside scenes and got them all pieced together so that we had our whole start scene finished as a ruff cut, i saved all of that and closed the computer down.

I came back to my saved work the next day to find there was an error with our work and Adobe Premiere Pro said that i had to open a number of files to save my work, so i did so and once i finally got the work open i found that some of the work had been lost and this was a big set back to the editing as i had spent most of the lesson opening the lost work up and trying to retrieve it, so no work had been done and some of the work that was done the other day was lost so it needed to be recaptured again and this problem with adobe premiere pro happened with everyone in the class, which was effecting us to meet our deadline.

Started to edit
We brought our film back to school and started to edit, so we captured our film on to Adobe Premiere Pro and started to take the scenes that i wanted for the start of our film and in our lesson that we had i got about the first 30 seconds of the film done.
So i saved the work many times and left the work until our next lesson which would be the following day.

Another day of filming, i had to travel over to our filming destination once more, we set up and tried to finish off our filming so that we could start to edit.
We got our inside of the car scenes finahed and the rest of our car shots outside of the car and we thought we had finally finished.

Filming Day 3
Today we have set up of all the equipment and tried to follow on from filming last time, but we had a problem, one of our actors could not make the filming day and we had to film today and our main focus today was getting all of the shots needed for our inside scenes, which meant we needed all of our actors at our desposal.
So i who was doing the driving in the car scenes and filming the inside scenes as one of us had to film, had to step in and we had to make ways around filming and acting at the same time, but as a group we got around it and got the inside scenes needed, so we had now finished those scenes and captured what we needed, so we could move on to all the outside scenes.

Filming Preparation
During the week we planned our new film with new ideas, sorting out the timing of the each section, what actors we need, the props and the acting we would do to make it look realistic and at the same time going with the whole genre of the film so that the audience can connect.
Also i have been doing more research on what the audience want to see and got some good and interesting results which could help us with our filming and these results of my questionnaire will be seen in my next blog update.
So this has all been planed over the week ready for the weekend.

Filming Day 2
We did this on a friday night after school, we got prepared and set up, with our actors in place.
We had all of our props in place, so we would not have to waste any time.
We filmed the inside scenes, such as the introduction and the violet scenes.
We tried and used a variety of shots to capture what we wanted and needed, we had to take many scenes time and time again which took time as we had to get it right and due to this we could not do all of our filming in one night.
After this we started to film some of the outside scenes such as the car scenes and using different shots to capture what we need for our film.
As the light began to fade, we where struggling to get everything done, including all of our inside footage, as we had our introduction sorted but not all of our violent scenes but we had made great progress so we had stuff to work on and evaluate so we could plan what else we needed to do and check that what we had was good, so we knew what to do for our next filming day.

Overall Review of the week
I have planned our filming to some extent and have done a Ruth write up of our story board. So that we can start to film.
I have also chosen our song which we think that is best to produce as a music video with the resources available.
The equipment that we are going to use has been thought through so that we can get the equipment needed before we start to film, so that when we do film we can start straight away.
So we have planned what we need to film in our first day of filming.
Now that I have chosen the song, I have now done some research on Choong Family, on where they have come from, who’s a part of the band and what music/albums they have produced over the years that they have been singing.
I have also put a video of the band into my blog so that I can show the Choong Family - Adreniline, there official music video in action and the song which they sing in this song is the song that we are going to do.
And I have also taken down the lyrics of the song so that I can brake it down and work out what I have to do and what I want to do for each scene.
So this will help me produce my story board and will help finish my filming much quicker.

The Choong Family or otherwise know as Choong Fam, are a four piece group originating from East London, the group consist of Rappers Afix and Nutz P, and Singers Scandal and HT. They are best known for their single "More Murking".

WHY I HAVE PICKED THIS VIDEO ?
.I picked the music video CHOONG family - adrenaline because I think this is a realistic video that I can produce with the facilities and equipment that i have to use.
.I am not a huge fan of this song but the video is very good but can show the younger generation in a bad light but I think this will help me produce a good music video.
.The lyrics in this song talks about at first people owing money and then the story evolves into a big chase scene and the man which owes the money is hunted down , the chase is on foot and there is also a car chase, the key word in this song is Adrenaline, the video follows this word as it is all a fast tempo and quick cuts and scene, to make it look like the adrenaline is rising.
.In my Audience research I found out that the younger people like this type of music as a whole and that there were mixed views on genres such as RnB, Hip Hop and so on but this song and genre was liked by my main target audience.
Also in this song the word Adrenaline is key and the video is showing a lot of action in a short period of time, which goes with the key word and name of the song, so I think I can make a good video out of the lyrics used in the song.
